Financing

How to apply for training funding?

If you are an employee or ex-employee of a company with a fixed-term or permanent contract

You can get access to your Personal Training Account (PTA)

The PTA allows employees or job seekers to benefit immediately and freely from subsidized professional training hours. The training is accessible in conditions of employment as well as in periods of unemployment. It can take place freely outside of work time or during work time with the employer’s permission.

Your hours worked, as well as your level of qualification, entitle you to training valued in euros on your online account (we will help you activate it if you haven’t already done so), up to a maximum of €8,000 available.

The PTA account is directly linked to the person. Each employee, on his or her own initiative, can therefore at any time obtain financing for a training course leading to a qualification, regardless of his or her change in situation.

Only training courses certified by an exam (TOEIC, TOEFL, People Cert, CLOE, etc.) can be covered by the CPF. Ready International can help you take one of these exams at the end of your training program. For example, PeopleCert offers a distance exam that does not require travel.

If you are a company director and employee, SAS, SASU, salaried manager (EURL, SARL)

You can get in touch with the OPCOs (skills operators)

Here are the steps to follow:

  • Identify your OPCO by contacting your accounting firm, by logging into your URSSAF account: download the certificate of contribution to professional training (CFP), on which appears the name of the OPCO or FAF to which you contribute.
  • Make sure you have your NAF / APE code and your IDCC code.
  • You can also do a keyword search via the Ministry of Labor website.
  • Then, log on to https://www.trouver-mon-opco.fr/annuaire-opco-code-naf-ape/ to identify your OPCO, and call the OPCO concerned to check that you are indeed contributing to them.
  • Check your available training budget.
  • Submit your training file, an advisor will guide you through the steps to be taken.

If you are a non-salaried business owner (TNS), microenterprise, auto-entrepreneur

You can contact the FAF (training insurance funds)

Here are the steps to follow:

    • Identify your FAF. There are 3 main FAF. Your affiliation to one of them will depend on your professional activity: AGEFICE, FIFPL, FAFCEA.
    • Check your available training budget.
    • Submit your training file. An advisor will guide you through the steps to be taken or you can also access the website of your FAF.
